The first part of this project was demolishing a 2.2 million square foot mall. After the mall was demolished the sitework began. A total of 265,000 cubic yards of soil was excavated. A total of 2,965,000 SF of fine grading was done, 24,000 feet of underground utilities put in, and a total of 126,000 tons of stone base was placed.
