32 Acre site development package including but not limited to 110,000 SF of building pad construction, earthwork, geopier building foundation, over 15,000 LF of utilities including waterline, sewer and electrical, complete pump station, lime stabilization, stream restoration, design built culvert installation, asphalt and concrete paving, complete landscape and turf field installation. Project started October of 2013 and was completed in time for the grand opening August of 2015.
