Demolition of Randall Park Mall – North Randall, OH

Closed in March 2009, Randall Park Mall once covered more than 1 million square feet. Sitetech completed the demolition of 938,726 SF. of buildings and common space, nearly 1,000 LF of separation work was completed to isolate buildings to remain. Recycling efforts produced 39,600 tons of concrete and almost 8,000 tons of steel. To balance the project demolition, 68,000CY of soil was moved on site to establish the desired grades.
