This project was a 2-story demolition of the former GM Moraine assembly plant, in which we demolished a 950,000 SF section in the center of the building. This partial demolition was done because Fuyao Glass bought the rest of the facility to make windshields, and they needed a storage yard. This project was a challenge because we had to keep the rest of the building in perfect condition as it was going to be used in the future.
