500,000 SF of office interior strip out completed in preparation for the selective removal of 2nd level concrete floor system (250,000 SF) in order to repurpose former office space into high-bay manufacturing space. Each selective demolition phase completed in two months requiring intense coordination with mechanical, electrical, and fire protection subcontractors.
