A new subdivision in Avon, Ohio added 33 homes to the community. This project consisted of adding a box culvert over Heider Ditch and moving 80,000 CY of soil to place the subdivision on grade. Sitetech also installed the main road, water, sanitary and all storm sewers. Sitetech handled all development aspects of the project.
